We only do exchanges for genuine issues  wrong item, size mismatch, or a faulty piece. If your order arrived as expected, all sales are final.

We don’t sell your info to anyone, and we don’t share it with third parties except when it’s needed to get your order delivered (like our shipping partners) or if we’re legally required to.

Your data is stored securely, and only used for things related to your order, your account, or updates you’ve signed up for (like promos, if you opt in). You can always reach out to us if you want your info removed or have any concerns.

• Manufacturing defect
• Size doesn’t match what you ordered

• Report within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
